Marketing Development Representative

📋 Description

• Own marketing-sourced leads across channels (digital, events, webinars, content)
• Work historic leads through nurture campaigns and sequences
• Be a liaison between sales and marketing, providing feedback and recommendations
• Become a product expert and explain Zip's value to potential customers
• Be adaptable in an early-stage, hyper-growth company with evolving processes
• Make recommendations and run experiments for GTM processes
• Act as educator and partner on Zip content, updates, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work or internship experience in a sales or marketing role
• A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be a highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions-first and adaptable mindset
• Highly organized, collaborative, metrics-oriented, and goals driven
• Ability to work from downtown SF office 5 days a week, with flexibility
