📋 Description

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar, and budget, aligning
• Define audience personas and customer journeys for systems integrators, installers, manufacturers
• Lead integrated campaigns across email, marketing automation, paid search, paid social, organic
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop exhibitor and sponsorship value propositions, sales
• Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members, establish clear priorities, promote
• Manage marketing investments, establish KPIs, and monitor registration conversion, acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including demonstrated success leading
• Experience managing and developing marketing professionals, with the ability to balance strategic
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, paid search and PPC, paid social, SEO, organic social media
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to coordinate external agencies, creative teams, media partners, and other vendors
• Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to improve audience acquisition
