Marketing Director

📋 Description

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy, budget, operating plan, and performance metrics for
• Serve as the marketing representative on the Senior Leadership Team
• Establish quarterly and annual pipeline, lead generation, and brand awareness targets aligned with
• Create executive-level reporting and insights on marketing performance, ROI, funnel health, and
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Own all demand generation activities across digital, content, partner, event, and customer channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of marketing leadership experience in a SaaS organization
• Proven success leading demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing multi-channel customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of modern marketing analytics, attribution, CRM, marketing automation, and
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing marketing professionals
