📋 Description

• Own performance marketing strategy, budget allocation, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the B2B trade program, attracting and retaining
• Manage the overall marketing budget, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, contracts, and
• Integrate creative development with performance marketing by briefing campaigns, structuring
• Lead email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing for both consumer and trade audiences, balancing
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with merchandising teams while maintaining agreed profitability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, including 3 or more years leading
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, affiliate marketing, and multi-channel campaign
• Demonstrated success driving profitable growth rather than focusing solely on revenue or
• Experience marketing to B2B or trade audiences, such as designers, architects, hospitality
• Experience owning a marketing budget or P&L and partnering with finance on forecasting
• Strong understanding of how creative strategy influences performance, including the ability to
