🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or

• Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to shape compelling
