Marketing Event Specialist

📋 Description

• Plan and execute events across Europe, including roundtables, webinars, industry events and partner
• Collaborate with core teams from marketing and other Valtech groups to run events.
• Manage onsite event logistics, including venue setup and guest management.
• Develop event plans with budgets and timelines aligned to European marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the global content team on event concepts, themes and branding.
• Host post-event evaluation to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver events.
• Curious mindset with interest in the intersection of technology, creativity and data.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in events; growth mindset; impact-driven.
• Fluent in English.
• Light travel may be required for the role.
