Marketing & Events Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the planning and delivery of the annual EMEA events calendar
• Take ownership of individual events end-to-end under guidance
• Travel to support and help deliver B2B and D2C student events in person
• Coordinate day-to-day with agency and suppliers
• Work with designer to bring creative concepts to life in event assets and signage
• Manage on-site details such as signage and run-of-show

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in marketing, events, or related role (internships count)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks reliably
• High attention to detail across copy, logistics, and data
• Curious, creative thinker comfortable with ambiguity
• Clear communicator for coordination with agency partners and stakeholders
• Energized by variety and open to new tasks
