📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end event execution: Manage schedules, registrations, vendor arrangements
• Support conferences and in-person events: Serve as the operational point of contact for assigned
• Manage multiple event formats: Help deliver approximately three large business-to-business
• Develop event processes and documentation: Create and maintain event playbooks, checklists
• Oversee event logistics and inventory: Track supplies, branded materials, inventory, vendor orders
• Coordinate marketing and cross-functional projects: Use ClickUp or similar project management

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience: Approximately one to three years of experience in event coordination
• Practical event coordination: Demonstrated experience organizing and executing events such as
