• Take a product thesis and define the wedge, messaging, and distribution channels
• Build demand generation engines using AI for optimized landing pages and organic growth
• Own social media strategy to build hype and engage with early adopters
• Analyze analytics and track user adoption to determine conversion
• Set success metrics and kill campaigns that don't hit targets
• Iterate or shut down products based on performance

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Communications, or related field
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
• Experience marketing something from nothing (side hustle, startup, newsletter, personal brand)
• Ability to prototype with AI tools and wire up landing pages
• Comfortable with crypto and internet culture (crypto Twitter/X)
• Ability to make decisions independently in small teams
