📋 Description

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track DAU, LTV, CAC, and other key metrics.
• Compare performance across time periods and segments; flag shifts.
• Own dashboards and use AI to surface insights.
• Design and measure experiments; assist with A/B tests and post-test analysis.
• Bridge marketing and engineering; translate needs into specs.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS; comfortable reading code.
• Business/product focus over pure engineering; understand why numbers move.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools for productivity and analysis.
• Comfort in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.
