📋 Description

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance
• Track metrics driving the business: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC
• Own dashboards and use AI to surface insights for decisions
• Design and analyze experiments across channels and define success metrics
• Translate marketing needs into engineering-friendly specs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable new programs

🎯 Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS; comfortable reading code
• Strong business/product intuition; focus on why numbers move
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, summaries, and analysis
• Experience working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds
