🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing strategy, or experimentation, including 3+
• Proven track record finding and validating new marketing channels and tactics through pilots, A/B
• Strong business acumen; ability to connect experiments to revenue and margin impact.
• Strong experimentation and prioritization skills; comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication; able to present pipeline and
• People leadership experience: hiring, coaching, and performance-managing analysts, growth
