📋 Description

• Own marketing's pipeline contribution: set pipeline targets with CEO, define and run marketing
• Build the marketing engine across content/credibility, field/events, and growth/online channels.
• Own positioning and product marketing, including release go-to-market and sales enablement.
• Work hand in hand with sales: run marketing surround in HubSpot, hand engagement signals to sales.
• Build the function: set up marketing scoreboard, lead and grow the marketing team (Growth Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years total, including 2+ in growth or marketing at a B2B scale-up selling to expert or
• Built or run attribution and steered on pipeline in euros, not MQL counts.
• Hands-on in HubSpot; build workflows and agents (automations, LLM pipelines for content and
• Player-coach: ship before delegating, turn subject-matter experts into a publishing engine.
• Cut what can't be measured, automate prep but never relationship touches.
• Full professional English; German is a plus.
