🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading marketing initiatives
• Experience across brand, demand, content, paid media, ops
• Budget management and ROI reporting to execs
• Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong B2B marketing and growth program knowledge
