Marketing Lead (Payment Business)

📋 Description

• Own regional or global growth workstreams contributing to Payment Business Unit OKRs, across
• Develop and optimize growth mechanisms such as rewards, cashback, referrals, lifecycle programs and
• Adapt our growth approach to local customer behaviors, payment habits and market context, working
• Drive continuous growth of existing products through scalable initiatives beyond one-off campaigns.
• Lead GTM for new payment products, features and market expansions, from positioning and target
• Translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer propositions, messaging and use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across Product Marketing, Growth, GTM or related roles.
• Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto or another complex consumer product
• Strong product and customer judgment, with the ability to translate product capabilities and user
• Experience driving acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Experience developing growth mechanisms such as rewards, referrals, lifecycle programs or
• Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
