Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own social media: run our social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, posting product videos
• Create content at volume: case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership, and product
• Make video: film and produce videos with the team, including people stories, product walkthroughs
• Deliver events: coordinate and execute the calendar of 7-9 events per year, including trade shows
• Design assets in Claude Design and Figma to a standard comparable to agency work.
• Use AI daily to draft, edit, repurpose, and scale content while maintaining a human, authentic

🎯 Requirements

• Significant content creation and social media experience with measurable results from owning and
• A portfolio of work that can be shared on the spot.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills demonstrated in published work.
• Track record of organizing and coordinating trade shows, conferences, or business events.
• Hands-on design skills with Figma and Claude Design (Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus).
• Startup experience with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end and take initiative.
