Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own social media: run social strategy, with LinkedIn as primary channel, product videos, carousels
• Create content at volume: case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership, and product
• Make video: film and produce videos with the team in and around the office, including people
• Deliver events: coordinate and execute a calendar of seven to nine events a year, including trade
• Design your own assets in Claude Design and Figma, to a standard that holds up next to agency work.
• Work with AI daily: draft, edit, repurpose, and scale content with AI tools, applying your own

🎯 Requirements

• Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, with measurable
• A portfolio of work you can share on the spot.
• Strong copywriting and communication, proven in published work.
• A track record organising and coordinating trade shows, conferences or business events, plus
• Hands-on design skills in Figma and Claude Design; Adobe Creative Cloud would be a bonus.
• Startup pace and ownership: experience owning outcomes end to end, spotting what needs improving
