📋 Description

• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and events, from the brief through
• Run Mercor's presence on X and LinkedIn, tracking conversations among AI researchers, founders, and
• Drive distribution for the podcast, including the launch plan and social clips for every episode.
• Write blog posts, emails, landing pages, and launch assets that meet a high quality bar.
• Manage owned channels and marketing site updates, and ship new landing pages and run experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
• Active presence on X, following AI researchers, VC, and tech enthusiasts, and understanding what
• Experience running social for a brand or growing an own account.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience across more than one channel or area such as content, email, social, events, or
• Uses AI tools daily and has built at least one workflow or automation that saves time, without
