📋 Description

• Serve as a primary marketing contact for franchisees, responding to day-to-day requests and
• Partner with franchisees and operations leaders to support local marketing initiatives, community
• Coordinate communications and requests between franchisees, agency partners, vendors, and internal
• Troubleshoot marketing-related questions and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Lead and support presentations for franchisee meetings, onboarding sessions, conferences, regional
• Assist with the development and execution of local store marketing campaigns, grand opening

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, franchise marketing, agency
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging
• Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and digital content initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
