• Independently lead assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely
• Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, leveraging
• Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute promotional programs while managing
• Drive field engagement and enablement through clear communication of key initiatives that support
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, proactively identify risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
• 4-6 years of pharmaceutical and/or CPG marketing
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of
• Experience with digital marketing, including performance monitoring, optimization, and measurement.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors
