📋 Description

• Partner with Marketing Directors and cross-functional business partners to develop and execute HCP
• Contribute to annual business planning, brand strategy development, and tactical planning processes
• Support the development and implementation of HCP segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging
• Manage the execution of HCP-focused promotional campaigns and programs across personal
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and agency partners to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience with
• Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience preferred.
• Experience developing or supporting HCP marketing initiatives within pharmaceutical or
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCP promotion, customer engagement models, and omnichannel marketing
