Marketing Manager – Microsoft Business Unit (H/F)

📋 Description

• Plan and deploy integrated B2B campaigns via multichannel architecture (events, digital
• Produce, locally adapt and manage marketing assets with Devoteam's internal creative agencies
• Work closely with the local Microsoft sales team and BU Director to convert marketing touchpoints
• Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives with Microsoft France, leverage co-funding programs and
• Align with Marketing Direction France and EMEA M Cloud leaders to continuously shape the Microsoft
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance; provide accurate reports on lead volume

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in B2B field marketing, performance-oriented digital marketing and lead
• Experience in cloud or IT services is a major asset
• Ability to switch easily between global strategic planning and concrete operational execution
• Strong analytical mindset focused on tangible results, ROI and business pipeline generation
• HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, WordPress
• Good knowledge of Copilot, Gemini, MS Office and Google Workspace
