📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize contact, account, and lead data across HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Identify the root causes of data inconsistencies, duplicate records, and incorrect field mappings
• Develop AI-powered workflows for data enrichment, deduplication, validation, and cleanup to reduce
• Own campaign attribution from the first customer interaction through closed-won opportunities
• Maintain reliable campaign tracking processes that provide visibility into pipeline generation and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies, duplicate records
• A solid understanding of commercial objectives and the ability to connect operational reporting
• Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and spreadsheets, including formulas, lookups
• Experience supporting BDR or sales development representative (SDR) teams through reporting
