Marketing Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms.
• Support marketing automation workflows and help maintain lead scoring models.
• Help maintain customer segmentation data for targeted campaigns.
• Assist with lead and pipeline development processes, including data entry and quality checks.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM and marketing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and customer marketing
• Basic understanding of lead management and campaign enablement.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
