📋 Description

• Run events end-to-end (venue, catering, AV, travel, booth).
• Manage budgets, invoices, and payment cycles.
• Oversee inventory, promo items, print, and fulfillment.
• Track vendor contracts and tool access; coordinate schedules.
• Support the EVP with briefs and follow-up on actions.
• Travel-ready; on-site events up to 4x/year in the US.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing operations, field marketing, or logistics with events.
• Event production experience: venue, catering, AV, booth, travel, shipping.
• Back-office finance ops: GL coding, payments, expense tracking (Ramp).
• Procurement, print, and fulfillment: vendor mgmt, promo sourcing, shipping.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven; proactive problem solver.
• Travel-ready with valid passport; English proficiency; remote setup.
