📋 Description

• Operator of Alan's messaging stack for outbound channels
• Co-own outbound strategy with PMMs, marketers, and product teams
• Own recipient lifecycle, routing, and segmentation logic
• Govern automation, data standards, and hygiene across the stack
• Develop messaging playbooks, training, and evangelisation across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PMM, marketing ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or growth ops
• Product knack: define user problems and opportunities
• Hands-on with messaging platforms at scale: Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot
• Strong CRM data models: attribute/event design and data hygiene
• Design and maintain lifecycle, routing, segmentation, and re-engagement flows
• Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
