🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product operations, growth, or community roles (crypto/internet).
• Deep understanding of content distribution, recommender systems, and engagement.
• Experience with crypto platforms like Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus.
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
