Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by creating and managing programs, ensuring data
• Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while
• Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for
• Review and QA programs built by teams with Marketo access, helping maintain a high bar for quality
• Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to document and reinforce campaign operations standards
• Create, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support
• Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation
• Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement
• Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
