Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, from intake and technical build
• Manage the marketing email calendar, coordinating campaign priorities, audience overlap
• Build and maintain Marketo programs including emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs
• Configure tokens, personalization, links, tracking parameters, program statuses, and other campaign
• Create and validate audience segments, Smart Lists, exclusions, suppression rules, subscription
• Conduct comprehensive pre-launch QA covering email rendering, links, personalization, audience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, email marketing, or a related
• Strong practical knowledge of Marketo programs, Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, segmentation, tokens
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce campaigns, campaign-member management, field
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing and campaign development.
• Experience with Email on Acid or comparable email-rendering and quality-assurance platforms is
• Current or recent Adobe Marketo certification is preferred.
