🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
1+ year customer-service experience.
Detail-oriented with accuracy focus.
Experience managing high-volume work, organized.
Able to follow processes and improve them.
Experience with Google Maps/Local SEO; comfortable with spreadsheets.
