Marketing Operations / System Administrator (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own and improve data quality across CRM and GTM systems.
• Manage system administration across marketing and revenue platforms.
• Support workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and data tools.
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaign operations.
• Build dashboards/reports for marketing, sales, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar (B2B SaaS).
• Hands-on admin experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/MA.
• Strong CRM data management: fields, objects, workflows, campaigns.
• Proven experience building/launching campaigns from setup through automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders across teams.
