📋 Description

• Design Salesforce routing rules to segment opportunities for inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Develop and manage MessageGears campaigns for call routing and Cisco outbound campaigns.
• Use SQL queries and reporting tools to analyze data and meet metrics.
• Supervise day-to-day call routing and dialer ops; adjust rules to hit targets.
• Run and present pre-built reports; analyze trends and optimization strategies.
• Build relationships with Routing, Telecom, Opal, Marketing, CRM Development, and Legal teams globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SQL querying and Relational Databases.
• 3+ years Salesforce CRM experience, including config, opportunity mgmt, and routing.
• 2+ years dialer config, admin, and troubleshooting; Genesys/Cisco/LCM preferred.
• Strong customer focus with problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, planning, and data analysis.
• Experience with outbound metrics (contact rate, conversion, penetration).
