Marketing Ops Analyst

📋 Description

• Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities
• Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what
• Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
• Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away
• Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them
• Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish

🎯 Requirements

• About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
• Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
• The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
• Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
• Experience in a SaaS environment
