🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience as a marketing operations generalist.
• Proven experience administering HubSpot or comparable CRM, including properties, workflows
• Experience owning and maintaining a publishing calendar across multiple social media channels.
• Familiarity with podcast publishing workflows and content distribution.
• Strong quality assurance skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build reliable marketing dashboards and interpret metrics.
