Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build, format, schedule, and quality-check email marketing campaigns, including list management
• Coordinate social media publishing using established content calendars and scheduling tools
• Research local advertising, sponsorship, networking, and event opportunities, maintain opportunity
• Execute basic on-page and local SEO activities, monitor keywords and rankings, maintain business
• Review work delivered by designers and developers against project briefs, coordinate revisions and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing support, or a similar role.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience using SEO tools.
• Working experience with WordPress.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage
