Marketing Project Manager

📋 Description

• Project manage multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning through to execution and
• Translate campaign and event plans into practical project plans, milestones and action trackers
• Coordinate delivery across marketing colleagues, agencies, Designers, digital teams, content
• Maintain oversight of multiple concurrent workstreams, identifying risks, bottlenecks and competing
• Ensure appropriate review and approval processes are followed and that deliverables meet the
• Support campaign wrap-up, including capturing results, outstanding actions and lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 - 8+ years of relevant Project Management, Marketing Operations, Campaign
• Previous B2B professional services experience is required, ideally within management consulting
• Demonstrable experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and/or high-quality B2B events from
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and operating effectively in environments where
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, agencies and suppliers.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies; experience with platforms
