📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels to uncover growth
• Turn insights into hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to optimize conversion, ROAS, and journeys.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to speed research, reporting, and creative workflows.
• Build dashboards and performance-tracking to monitor funnels and experiments.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive projects to completion within timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing growth or marketing projects in digital/product environments.
• Strong understanding of funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand campaigns.
• Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analytical with experience using marketing analytics tools (GA, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads
• Hands-on with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Proven ability to integrate AI/automation in marketing workflows (ChatGPT, n8n, Replicate, GPTs).
