📋 Description

• Lead growth projects for digital products, optimizing funnels and experiments.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams on growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing growth or marketing projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of acquisition/retention funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand
• Experience designing/coordinating growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library, etc.
• Hands-on with project tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Proven ability to integrate AI/automation into marketing workflows (ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n, Repli
