🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products or fast-paced
• Strong understanding of acquisition and retention funnels across Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO
• Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analytical using tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs; adept at marketing research.
• Hands-on with project tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp or equivalents.
• Proven ability to integrate AI/automation into marketing workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n
