📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and digital acquisition trends to identify
• Translate research and performance insights into actionable hypotheses, prioritizing experiments
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to validate new funnels and optimize for conversion, ROAS
• Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives with

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects within digital products or fast-paced
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels, including Paid Social, PPC, CRM
• Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google
