📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and digital acquisition trends to identify
• Translate research and performance insights into actionable hypotheses and prioritize experiments
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to validate new funnels and optimize for conversion, ROAS
• Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives with
• Design, coordinate, and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments; document results and actionable
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline market research, reporting, analysis, creative

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects within digital products or fast-paced
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels, including Paid Social, PPC, CRM
• Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or
• Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows (ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n
