📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition trends.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and prioritise experiments.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to optimize funnels and ROAS.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams on growth aims.
• Design and monitor A/B tests; document results and actions.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and research.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of growth/marketing project mgmt in digital products.
• Strong knowledge of funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand.
• Experience designing/coordinating growth experiments.
• Analytical skills with GA, Similarweb, or similar tools.
• Hands-on with Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar PM tools.
• Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows (ChatGPT etc.).
