📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels to uncover high-impact
• Translate research and performance insights into actionable hypotheses with prioritized experiments.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to validate new funnels and optimize conversion, ROAS
• Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to align growth with business
• Design, coordinate, and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments; document results and translate
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline market research, reporting, analysis, creative

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects within digital products or similar
• Strong understanding of digital funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and brand campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with tools such as Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads
• Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or
• Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows (ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n
