📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to optimize funnels and ROAS.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams.
• Design, monitor, and document growth experiments and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track funnel performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing growth or marketing projects in digital products.
• Strong understanding of funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand campaigns.
• Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analytical with tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library.
• Hands-on with Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Experience integrating AI/automation in marketing workflows (ChatGPT, n8n, Replicate, Fal.ai, etc.).
