📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels to uncover growth
• Translate research and performance insights into actionable hypotheses and prioritised experiments.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to validate new funnels and optimize for conversion, ROAS
• Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to align growth with business
• Design and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments, documenting results and recommendations.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline market research, reporting, and creative workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects within digital products or fast-paced
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels (Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO
• Experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Similarweb
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.).
• Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows (ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n
