📋 Description

• Promotions team develops consumer offers for Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Responsible for development, management, and execution of consumer promotions to attract and retain
• Coordinate with agencies, brand leads, and tech partners; balance business needs with technical
• Ensure promotions align with brand positioning and portfolio goals; manage status meetings with
• Prepare materials for medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance reviews; maintain logs and reports.
• Produce post-promotion performance reports and support ongoing projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility
• Agency experience helpful; pharma/medical device/beauty knowledge a plus
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience with JIRA, Figma, Workfront, Airtable, Slack, SharePoint, Office suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps; budget tracking experience
