📋 Description

• Own and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy designed to increase reach, engagement, followers
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn content, including vacancies, market updates, team
• Support recruiters and consultants with LinkedIn activity, personal branding, content ideas, job
• Promote job opportunities consistently across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
• Manage and develop activity across additional platforms such as Instagram and Glassdoor.
• Monitor social media performance and use analytics to continuously improve content and publishing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a business, brand, or professional services
• Demonstrable experience creating LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and content that drive engagement and
• Experience supporting employee, recruiter, consultant, or executive personal branding on LinkedIn.
• Strong social media content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience using social media to promote vacancies, services, thought leadership, or B2B content.
• Good understanding of content planning, scheduling, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
