Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide support to senior managers for campaigns tied to brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and coordinate marketing content and collateral for partnerships marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Manage marketing automation, emails, workflows, landing pages, leads process in HubSpot.
• Track analytics and campaign performance across marketing channels and produce reports for the team and leadership.
• Schedule and set up campaigns for social media content via Oktopost and support employee advocacy program.
• Coordination of press releases with external vendor.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing marketing content and collateral pieces.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting and communicating performance data.
• Experience with CRM platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Proficient in AI content tools, such as Claude and Co-Pilot.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related marketing experience required.
