🎯 Requirements

• Marketing operations, program management, or strategy roles in a consulting/agency/tech setting
• Fluent in AI with proven AI-enabled insights in workflows
• Experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting client delivery and business development (scoping/planning/proposals)
• Strong written/verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
