📋 Description

• Help oversee the global growth and experiential marketing budget: track spend against plan
• Partner with Finance and regional marketing teams on forecasting, accruals, and quarterly budget
• Help hold marketing teams accountable to finance best practices and standards. You'll monitor
• Use our finance and planning tools to track budgets, spend, and approvals.
• Build clear budget summaries and trackers that make it easy for leaders to understand where we are
• Build solid relationships across the whole department. You'll be a familiar, friendly face to teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, program management, marketing operations, finance operations
• Strong attention to detail, with a habit of double-checking numbers, dates, and next steps.
• Solid project management skills. You can juggle multiple workstreams, keep them organized, and
• Persistence. You follow up politely and consistently until things get done, even when it takes
• Good judgment. You know when to solve something yourself and when to escalate it, and you bring
• Discretion with confidential information, including budget, headcount, and strategic planning
